This is a lovely moist egg free banana bread recipe, that can be made as traditional loaves (2) or as individual muffins (18). You can add a few chocolate chips or sultanas with the oats if desired.

Ingredients
- 300 g very ripe banana
- 450 g self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 135 g brown sugar
- 150 g butter, very soft
- 375 g milk
- 10 g vanilla essence
- 150 g rolled oats
- 50 g dark chocolate chips (optional) OR
- 200 g sultanas (optional)

Instructions
- Heat oven to 170C (fan forced)
- Insert dough blade
- Add banana
- Speed 9 / 30 sec / stopper maxi
- Add all remaining ingredients, except oats, choc chips & sultanas
- Pastry P2 / stopper maxi
- Pause with 30 sec remaining
- Add oats (and chocolate chips or sultanas if using) to CC bowl
- Resume program
- Pour into 2 greased loaf tins or 18 medium muffin tins
- Bake the loaves for approximately 40 mins or 17 mins for the muffins, or until cooked through
